Ports to avoid VoIP disconnections
Most carriers have these ports open by default, but if you experience cuts or disconnections, make sure the following ports are open on your firewall and router:
| Puerto | Protocolo | Uso |
| 53 | TCP / UDP | DNS / Name resolution |
| 69 | UDP | DNS (alternate) / TFTP |
| 5060 | UDP | SIP signaling (unencrypted) |
| 5061 | TCP | SIP TLS signaling (encrypted) |
| 5000-6000 | UDP | RTP / SRTP audio |
| 10000-40000 | UDP | RTP / SRTP audio (full range) |
▸ Ports 10000-40000 UDP are the most important for audio. If your firewall blocks wide ranges, open at least 5000-6000 UDP as a minimum.
