⚠ Important: Your username and password are NOT your web portal credentials. Use those from the SIP Accounts / VoIP Accounts / your extension data section of your AJTEL portal.
ℹ SIP Server: Throughout this guide the server appears as [SIP_SERVER] . Replace it with the server assigned by AJTEL (e.g. sbc.ajtel.net). Your company may have a custom server like company.ajtel.net.
01 Download the App
Download Linphone from your device's app store:

02 Do You Have a Provisioning URL?

03 Enter Account Details Crítico
Fill in the fields exactly as shown:

✓ After confirming, wait for the account to show in green — it means registration was successful.
04 Account Registered — Open Settings

05 Audio Settings
| Go to Settings → Audio and configure: Codecs — enable only these: OPUS G722 G729 ☑ Only these three. Disable all others. ???? Echo Cancellation: Make sure it is enabled in the same Audio menu. | ???? Settings menu:  |
06 Call Encryption (SRTP)
Go to the Call menu in Settings and enable:
Media Encryption → SRTP
Ensures all your call audio travels encrypted end-to-end.
07 Test Your Service Verificación
