Which codecs are supported?
We recommend configuring codecs in this priority order for best quality:

| 1 | G722 | If you have good internet — HD audio |
| 2 | OPUS | Adaptive, excellent quality |
| 3 | G729a | Compressed, low bandwidth |
| 4 | G729b | G729 variant with silence detection |
| 5 | GSM | Universal compatibility |
| 6 | ILBC | Good for unstable connections |
| 7 | G723 | High compression |
| 8 | G726 | Intermediate |
| 9 | G711u (ulaw) | US/Asia standard |
| 10 | G711a (alaw) | Europe standard |
▸ Codec G722 requires a good internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps symmetric). If you have an unstable connection, use GSM or G729.
