⚠ Most common cause: Your softphone or device microphone is below the required level. This is a local audio configuration issue, not a network problem.
01 Solution — Windows
Go to Control Panel → Sound → Recording.
Double-click the active microphone and adjust:

Microphone levelRaise to 80-100%
Mic BoostEnable the MIC BOOST checkbox
02 Solution — macOS
Go to System Preferences → Sound → Input.
Raise the Input volume slider to maximum.
03 Adjust in the Softphone
In your softphone (Linphone, Blink, Zoiper, MicroSIP), find the Audio / Devices section and raise the microphone level.
