⚠ Importante: The system will NOT automatically reactivate your service unless you report the payment. This applies to all payment methods including transfers and deposits.
Steps to report your payment
1.Go to ajtel.net/ticket and open a new ticket.
2.Select the Payment Report option.
3.Fill in all fields of the form accurately.
4.Attach the payment receipt (screenshot or PDF).
5.Submit the ticket — you will receive confirmation by email.
