⚠ ⚠ Identified cause: This problem occurs when your connection has very little upload bandwidth. Many ISPs offer 100 Mbps download but only 12 Mbps upload, creating a bottleneck for voice traffic.
01► How to verify?
Run a speed test at:
Check the Upload value. For quality VoIP, at least 1 Mbps upload per simultaneous call is recommended.

02► Possible solutions
| Change internet plan | Ask your ISP for a plan with better upload/download ratio |
