⚠ ⚠ Most common cause: Your SIP line registration has expired. The VoIP device (softphone or IP phone) needs to be restarted to renew the registration.
01Restart the VoIP device
Close and reopen your softphone, or restart your IP phone. Wait 30-60 seconds for it to reconnect.
02Check registration status
Most softphones show a color indicator:
Green = Registered correctly
Red = Not registered — check username, password and server
03If the problem persists
⚠ Check payments: If the busy tone continues after restarting, check your account status in the portal. Open a ticket if you need help.
