⚠ No access to the billing portal? Billing portal credentials are separate from VoIP and support portal credentials. If you never received them or lost them, follow these steps.
01Why do I need the billing portal?
View invoicesView and download your invoices (PDF and XML)
Payment historyCheck payments applied to your account
Report paymentsNotify payments to reactivate services
Account statusCheck balance and active services
02How to request access?
1.Go to ajtel.net/ticket and open a new ticket.
2.Select the category Billing.
3.In the subject write: "Billing portal username request".
4.Include your full name, company name (if applicable) and the email address where you want to receive the credentials.
5.Submit the ticket — you will receive your credentials by email during business hours.
03Business hours
Monday to Friday10:00 AM — 6:00 PM
Saturdays10:00 AM — 2:00 PM
Once you receive your credentials, keep them in a safe place. If you lose them again, you will need to request a reset via ticket.
