⚠ No access to the billing portal? Billing portal credentials are separate from VoIP and support portal credentials. If you never received them or lost them, follow these steps.
01Why do I need the billing portal?
| View invoices | View and download your invoices (PDF and XML) |
| Payment history | Check payments applied to your account |
| Report payments | Notify payments to reactivate services |
| Account status | Check balance and active services |
02How to request access?
1.Go to ajtel.net/ticket and open a new ticket.
2.Select the category Billing.
3.In the subject write: "Billing portal username request".
4.Include your full name, company name (if applicable) and the email address where you want to receive the credentials.
5.Submit the ticket — you will receive your credentials by email during business hours.
03Business hours
| Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM — 6:00 PM |
| Saturdays | 10:00 AM — 2:00 PM |
▸ Once you receive your credentials, keep them in a safe place. If you lose them again, you will need to request a reset via ticket.
