► Before opening a ticket, check the following points based on your service type. In most cases the issue can be resolved with this review.
01Wireless (Microwave) Service
PoE (black injector)
Verify the black PoE injector is plugged into power and turned on. It should feel warm or hot to the touch — if cold, it may have lost power.
Network cables
The cable from the antenna must go into the port labeled PoE. The cable going to your internal network must go into the port labeled LAN.
Router
Make sure your router is plugged in and the cable from our service is properly connected to it.
02Fiber Optic Service
✓The fiber optic cable is not broken or bent at sharp angles.
✓The cable is properly connected to the ONT (white/black box).
✓No ONT LEDs are red. If any LED is red, the service has a fault requiring technical inspection.
